Anthony Leone

Founder/President

Anthony Leone was born and raised in Scotch Plains, NJ. At a young age he and his partner, Gordy Coletti, started a landscaping business, Tri Season Landscaping. That company grew quickly to become a successful landscape design, installation, and maintenance business. As an entrepreneur, he saw an opportunity to pursue the construction industry and his hard work and vision led him to begin a building company, Boulder Construction. In 1995, he broke ground on his first home in Berkley Heights, NJ. Years later, his impeccable reputation speaks for itself. The company continues to expand upon its impressive track record of performance. Anthony has followed his own path and with his vision and hard work, Boulder Construction is set apart as one of New Jersey’s top builders. Today, Anthony is involved in all aspects of the company’s management while also directing financial operations and overseeing all projects as well as new business development.

Gordy Coletti

Founder/Partner

Gordy Coletti is a founding partner of Tri Season Landscaping and Boulder Construction.

Gordy has been working in the landscaping business for over 30 years. He manages operations of Tri Season Landscaping and coordinates Boulder Construction’s site work on all the homes.

Victor Huljack

Director of Operations

Victor has been working with the company for over 15 years. His career started in construction framing before becoming a building inspector. His decades of experience and vast wealth of construction knowledge are an invaluable resource.Victor Huljack is responsible for oversight of all Boulders projects. He serves a variety of on-site leadership roles, including sub-contractor relations and staff management. As the Director of Operations, Victor also visits all projects regularly and makes certain every aspect of the job is being done to the high standards Boulder Construction is known for.

Danielle Patrick

Design Director

Danielle Patrick is an interior designer who has established a reputation for creating luxurious and timeless homes. As a native of Naples Florida, she has worked and traveled extensively. Since joining the company in 2014, Danielle has been dedicated to providing a unique vision from conception to end for every project. That provides a refreshing new perspective to personalized design for each one Boulder's clients and homes and for seamless collaboration with clients. This custom-tailored approach allows the individual needs of each of our clients to be represented in the design, creating homes that are both beautiful, functional, and timeless.

Jimmy Camoosa

Project Manager

Jimmy Camoosa graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in accounting. After working in finance, he started in the construction business working on and supervising the construction of numerous commercial buildings, single-family homes, and hundreds of town homes all over NJ in his long career. Jimmy was Boulder Construction's first job superintendent when the company began and supervised the first homes Boulder constructed. Jimmy is now the project manager for all of the homes we build in Monmouth and Ocean County.

Junior Montajes

Site Foreman

Junior began his career in landscape construction with Tri-Season Landscaping over 20 years ago. His focus and hard work led him to become an expert in his field of excavation with his knowledge and experience. He now oversees all the Tri Season staff and runs the excavating portion of Boulder.
