The groundwork for Boulder Construction began in 1985 and has developed into a flourishing and well respected company in the industry for the last 30 years.
Anthony Leone and Gordy Colletti created a residential landscape architecture and design company that has since grown to include a team of highly skilled professionals working across the entire spectrum of the construction industry.
In 2001, Boulder Construction was officially founded. Since our inception, we have expertly built homes all across the Garden State, as well as executed various diverse commercial projects. Well established and respected as a builder in the luxury real estate sector, we have built entire sub-divisions in Rumson and Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
Most recently, Boulder is constructing remarkable luxury custom homes in Fair Haven, Rumson, Chatham and Basking Ridge, as well as a flagship Sotheby’s Real Estate Office in Madison, New Jersey.
